Job Details
Join our LatAm team to support clinical research projects in the startup phase.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate site budgets.
- Facilitate the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator grants.
- Customize and prepare contractually binding site-specific documents.
- Track CTA and investigator grant negotiation status.
- Prepare the executable version of the contract.
- Coordinate the signature process.
- File executed contracts and maintain local documentation.
- Liaise with project, translation, and legal departments.
- Support Study Startup team activities (if needed).
Requirements:
- College/University degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience with study startup operations is required.
- Experience with finance and negotiation is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to plan and work in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written).
