Full-Time Site Operations Lead

Unique opportunity combining on-site patient work with business development. This is a hybrid role (on-site and remote). Open in whole Silesia. Requires site visits in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate clinical trials on-site, adhering to protocols, regulations, and procedures.
2. Oversee patient recruitment, screening, and enrolment.
3. Maintain accurate study documentation (case report forms, regulatory files).
4. Liaise with sponsors, monitors, and stakeholders for smooth trial operations.
5. Support and mentor site coordinators.
6. Develop strategies to enhance site efficiency.
7. Build and maintain relationships with investigators, institutions, and Milestone One clients (sponsors and CROs).
8. Promote the Milestone One brand by acquiring clinics and building a network of sites.
9. Conduct regular site visits for quality and consistency.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve study-related issues.

Qualifications:

• College/University degree in Life Sciences
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Study Coordinator on site
