Full-Time Site Reliability Engineer

The Role: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll ensure our systems are reliable, available, and scalable. You'll work across software development and operations to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable systems in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Optimize system performance and incident response.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Ensure high availability with load balancing and disaster recovery.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments.
• Optimize cloud costs.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of SRE/DevOps/System Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience with incident management.
• Scripting proficiency (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Knowledge of load balancing and security best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
