Full-Time Site Technology Specialist

Site Technology Specialist (Medical Physicist)

Assists in the design and implementation of study-related forms, guidelines, and manuals related to technologies.

Coordinates data collection related to technologies, including nuclear medicine, radiology, dosimetry, and physics.

Provides technical and qualification support to sites.

Identifies, tracks, and reports specific technical timepoints in the study (imaging, scans, dosimetry, drug management).

Determines technical resources needed for project implementation and communicates needs to department managers.

Organizes technical training for project teams.

Provides support to project teams for proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to study technologies.

Supports site initiation preparation and performs technical visits to assist site teams with technical aspects of the study.

Assists and advises the site monitor in the area of study technologies.

Provides relevant technology-related information to Business Development for proposals.

Can support Bid Defense Meetings as needed.

Attends and presents at Investigator's Meetings as needed.

Required: Advanced Degree in relevant discipline (Medical Dosimetry or Medical Physics). CMD, CMP, or PhD in Medical Physics is a plus.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the specified technology.

Experience in operation and QC procedures related to equipment.

Experience ordering, handling, and preparing radiopharmaceutical products (diagnostic and therapeutic).

Experience in radiopharmaceutical dosimetry evaluations (biosamples and imaging based).

Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

Collaboration and teamwork mindset.

Skilled in organizing tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
