Job Responsibilities:

• Own application architecture for scalability and resilience.
• Work with engineering teams on solution design for new features/modules.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies and collaborate on architectural improvements.
• Benchmark technologies and make informed architectural decisions.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and set development best practices.
• Independently set and deliver well-scoped project milestones with minimal errors and high quality.
• Understand tech requirements and solve them at the organizational level.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects and guide junior engineers.
• Resolve cross-functional requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience in web technologies.
• 3+ years of architecture design experience.
• Strong expertise in Frontend Technologies (TypeScript, DOM manipulation/parsing, UI libraries/frameworks, React).
• Experience leading projects with 2-3 engineers.
• Understanding of micro-frontends and module bundlers (a plus).
• Experience with high-scale production applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and their applications.
• Ability to write high-quality, performant code.
• Passion for technology and AI/ML (a plus).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, deployment, and optimization (GCP/AWS, a plus).
