About the Role:
As a Software Engineer with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting our digital product suite, with a focus on scale, stability and delightful user experiences for our clinical team and our members. Your focus will be finding and building solutions to achieve our goals and solve problems.
You will:
- Create data-driven, iterative approaches to build out our digital products and enable our teams to provide quality care to our members
- Collaborate with team to contribute to technical solutions that satisfy business requirements with a focus on scalability, stability, efficiency, maintainability and extensibility
- Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences to understand goals and translate them to technical architecture and requirements
Our team tech stack is:
- Backend: NodeJS
- Frontend: ReactJS, Mantine
- Infrastructure: AWS
- Mobile: React Native
- Supported by: Medplum
About You:
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to creating the world our sickest children deserve. You want an active role in building a diverse and values-driven culture. Things change quickly in a startup environment; you accept that and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities. In this role, it would be nice to have:
- 1-2+ years of experience developing software in a high growth environment
- Understanding and experience with front end applications, APIs, and back-end services
- Experience in healthcare or virtual care
- Experience using FHIR standard data modeling
- Experience with our tech stack
- Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment
- Ability to be on call after hours once per month
