Creates scalable, efficient, and secure IT systems to ensure alignment with business goals before, during, and after development. Possesses a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong communication skills.
At Endava, working within the InTech team, will help revolutionize internal business by weaving innovative technological solutions into Endava's operational fabric.
Instrumental in conceptualising, designing, and implementing technology solutions to tackle intricate business challenges and align with strategic objectives.
Serves as the crucial link, connecting technical teams with business stakeholders, propelling digital transformation initiatives across Endava's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Architect and design sophisticated enterprise-calibre solutions tailored to specific business unit demands.
- Workshop Leadership: Drive workshops to identify problem spaces, articulating potential technology solutions clearly.
- Credibility and Communication: Maintain credibility across technological and non-technical domains, ensuring effective communication.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, guiding clients and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Advocacy for Best Practices: Advocate for best practices, mentoring team members.
- Complex Landscape Navigation: Navigate complex social and technical landscapes, making balanced decisions.
- Software Application Architecture & Design: Demonstrated software design and development experience using leading technologies, programming languages, frameworks, databases, servers, networking, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and application security.
- Integration: Experience in software integration using strategic enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics) and SaaS environments.
- Process: Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and familiarity with development tools (Eclipse, Visual Studio, database software).
- Testing: Awareness of testing and release management practices and tools (functional, non-functional, user acceptance, A/B testing, blue-green deployment).
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, articulating complex technical concepts.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Track record of leading digital transformation endeavors, architecting enterprise-level software solutions.
- Facilitation Expertise: Strong facilitation skills, experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Domain-Driven Design Mastery: Expertise in domain-driven design principles and proficiency with software architecture tools.
- Methodological Proficiency: Proficiency in Agile and DevOps practices.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead virtual, geographically dispersed teams, partnering with client leadership.
- Risk Management: Proficiency in risk assessment and management, with commercial acumen.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
