Responsibilities:
- Consolidate existing insights across ServiceNow teams.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and industry experts.
- Stay current on industry trends.
- Understand product capabilities and integration points.
- Synthesize inputs into platform-ready solution designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build alignment.
- Experiment with AI-first approaches for information gathering and storytelling.
- Shape solution design processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in design, user research, or strategy consulting.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Ability to connect user value, product capability, and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and modern design tools.
- Fluency in design thinking and journey mapping.
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive to simplify complexity.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow products is a plus.
