Job Description
NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on our new “Connect” platform. It is a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure.
As a Solution & Support Engineer, you'll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists passionate about cutting-edge technologies.
Our team is co-located with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Israel, Toronto, and Chennai.
Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer technical issues.
- Collaborate internally and support new customer onboarding.
- Monitor and validate data automation processes.
- Document knowledge and educate colleagues.
- Stay current with product knowledge and latest features.
- Experience providing technical support.
- Strong written and spoken English (required).
- Strong client communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- SQL background (required).
- Willingness to work outside of business hours.
- Team spirit, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces and tasks.
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of Linux systems.
- Experience with supporting an analytic product.
