Job Details
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for our suite of field facing systems, with a primary focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Master Data Management (MDM).
- System Administration and Configuration: Configuration and integration of CRM and MDM systems.
- Data Management: Building and automating data integration processes.
- Collaboration: Working with internal and external partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Implementation and Administration: Performing implementation, configuration, and administration tasks for CRM and Master Data Management projects.
- Data Integration: Managing data feeds and integrations to and from the CRM system.
- Support: Providing Tier 2+ support for field-related CRM system issues.
- Project Leadership: Leading and executing new CRM or data management projects.
What Are We Looking For?
- 7-10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations and/or pharmaceutical data management.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuration Salesforce.com based applications and data integration.
- Proficient in configuration and administration with Salesforce.com, Veeva Commercial suite.
- Expert in SQL including stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
