Job Details
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for our suite of field facing systems, focusing on CRM and Master Data Management (MDM). This role ensures effective system integration and handles data management by building and automating data integration processes. Responsibilities include:
- Leading client meetings and demonstrations.
- Documenting business requirements and transforming them into technical solutions.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver CRM, data, and related technology solutions.
- Performing implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration tasks for CRM and MDM projects.
- Managing data feeds and integrations to and from the CRM system.
- Providing Tier 2+ support for CRM system issues.
- Leading and executing new CRM or data management projects.
- 7-10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations and/or pharmaceutical data management.
- 5+ years hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.com based applications and data integration in pharmaceutical environments.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Veeva Commercial suite (CRM, Vault, Network).
- Expertise in SQL (PL-SQL or T-SQL).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Snowflake, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of data management and data warehousing in the life sciences industry.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Salesforce.com, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, Veeva Network, and/or OCE.
