Job Details

Customer Outcomes Senior Source to Pay Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) based on leading practices to achieve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring ServiceNow Platform solutions based on best practices.
  • Collaborating with customers to assess and define future-state processes.
  • Designing and implementing ServiceNow S2P solutions for long-term success.
  • Providing oversight and testing of code developed by partners or customers.
  • Advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities for improved business processes.
  • Guiding customers in completing technical solution documentation.
  • Providing feedback to product development to enhance the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Maintaining S2P solution skills and certifications.
  • Analyzing AI integration into work processes (leveraging or exploring AI tools).

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in professional services organization, or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating or thinking critically about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Project management skills and ability to drive complex issues to resolution.
  • Excellent collaborative skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications in relevant workflows.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
