Full-Time Source to Pay Technology Consultant

The Customer Outcomes Senior Source to Pay Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Functional and technical expertise in customer engagements.
• Participating in workshops to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
• Designing and delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions with a technical architecture for long-term success, following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
• Providing oversight and unit testing of code developed by partners or customer employees.
• Advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
• Guiding customers in completing required documentation (e.g., business requirements workbooks for technical aspects).
• Providing feedback to product development for improvement based on customer experiences.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI's impact).
• 8+ years' experience in a professional services organization or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Creative and capable of running projects independently.
• Success in driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Advanced English skills.
