Full-Time Source to Pay Technology Consultant

The Customer Outcomes Senior Source to Pay Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) to meet customer outcomes.
• Participating in workshops to assess and establish future-state processes.
• Designing and delivering ServiceNow S2P solutions with a technical architecture for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
• Providing oversight and unit testing of code.
• Advising customers on ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
• Guiding customers in completing documentation, such as business requirement workbooks.
• Providing feedback to product development for improvement based on customer experiences.
• Maintaining skills/certifications on S2P Solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8+ years experience in professional services, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Creative, comfortable running projects independently.
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Experience working collaboratively.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Advanced English skills.
