Full-Time Sr. Analyst, Growth Finance

• Operate in an FP&A function for company planning cycles pertaining to Revenue.
• Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner for strategic initiatives driving business growth and customer lifetime value.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Director of Growth Finance, the finance leadership team, and operators to drive business performance and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the core Revenue financial models, making timely updates for re-forecasts.
• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Retention and Acquisition teams for key strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely budgeting and accurate tracking for company initiatives.
• Track key business-level metrics and prepare materials for weekly business review (WBR) updates.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses independently to develop key insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of end-of-month accruals with Accounting.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, and/or management consulting.
• Experience building complex financial models from the ground up.
• Experience as a cross-functional partner to business stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial accounting, particularly P&L statements.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

• SQL proficiency.
• Tableau experience.
• Subscription and/or DTC experience.
