Blueland is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analytics Engineer to own reporting, insights, and analysis. You will be a key partner to Growth, DTC, Amazon, Retail, Finance, Operations, and CX.
- Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the analytics request pipeline.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards (primarily in Looker).
- Conduct performance tracking and present insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on A/B testing, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses.
- Lead deep dives into acquisition, retention, merchandising, and CX performance.
- Define and document key business metrics.
- Document analytical approaches, data definitions, and processes.
- Collaborate with the Director on data governance, data quality, and stack improvements.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in analytics, ideally within DTC, eCommerce, or CPG.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics tools such as Snowflake, Looker (LookML), Hex, and Git workflows.
- Experience with Python for analytics is a strong plus.
- Experience with A/B testing, digital marketing, or subscription analytics preferred.
