Reporting to the Vice President, Global Employee Communications, you'll help our Global Employee Communications team engage, inspire, and activate employees to live our purpose, priorities, and values.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end communication approach to employees (comms channel ecosystem, writing style/guidelines, in-depth features, video content).
- Streamlining, aligning, and scaling employee communication efforts.
- Leading employee portal evolution and channel ecosystem refresh, ensuring content governance.
- Delivering amazing employee content and experience on the Now Platform.
- Talent brand efforts in partnership with Marketing and Brand teams.
- Creating compelling stories about employees and culture in various formats.
- Elevating employee storytelling approach across channels.
Leadership: Create and oversee strategy, motivate a team.
Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Organizational Expertise: Resourceful, self-motivated, able to prioritize shifting workloads.
Metrics-Driven: Passion for using metrics and data for informed decision making.
Collaboration: Cross-functional expertise uniting business partners, senior leaders, executives.
Problem Solving: Solutions to difficult situations and removal of barriers.

Experience: 12+ years proven success in global digitally driven communications, people management, and multifunctional communications strategy. Experience integrating AI, crafting executive-level thought leadership, and leveraging social strategies for external visibility.
Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, strong work-back plans, meticulous attention to detail, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (English, Journalism, Communications) required, Advanced degree (MBA, Writing, Strategic Communications) recommended. Experience in a matrixed environment. Experience building and executing a multifunctional communications strategy. Experience in a hypergrowth tech company is a plus.
