The Sr. Manager, FP&A will bring thought leadership and business partnering across the Research and Development and Information Technology organizations.
Drive value focusing on leading Procore’s P&T FP&A business partners and supporting leadership including the President of Technology, Chief Product Officer, Engineering SVPs, and P&T Strategy & Ops.
Manage a team with significant influence on the direction of the business, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A Business Partners.
The position is based in our Austin, TX office in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance and Product & Technology teams.
- Advise P&T leadership on financial trajectory, opportunities, and trade-offs.
- Empower leaders with timely information and options for optimal investments and decisions.
- Evolve a best-in-class business planning process and ensure alignment across FP&A.
- Manage a team responsible for supporting P&T leadership by developing financial plans.
- Leverage understanding of Cloud and Software to optimize spend through partnership with DevOps and IT teams.
- Investigate Cloud/Software expense and provide recommendations for operational and financial opportunities.
- Lead business partnering, financial modeling, and plan/budget management, communicating analysis.
- Implement robust models to streamline decision-making.
- Ensure financial objectives are analyzed and understood by business partners.
