Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect is a technical advisory role, responsible for helping customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers at all levels (executive, platform owners, enterprise architects, development teams).
- Provide technical expertise across multiple engagements.
- Develop relationships with technical and business leaders.
- Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints.
- Position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard.
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating model.
- Ensure instance health and reduce technical debt.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements.
- Contribute to leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
- 8+ years progressive experience in professional services or equivalent education/experience
- Management consulting experience
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Creativity and ability to run programs independently
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
- ServiceNow certifications
- Industry domain expertise (large program experience, enterprise architecture, cloud application technology)
