Contractor Sr. Project Manager, Organizational Change Management

Hourly Rate: $70-$80

What You’ll Do:

This hybrid role blends project management discipline with organizational change leadership to drive business transformation.

Project Management:

• Responsible for full lifecycle management of key projects within client accounts.
• Lead end to end project delivery across client and internal initiatives.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project roadmaps, milestones and success metrics
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Support forecasting, financial tracking and project hygiene standards in alignment with PMO processes

Organizational Change Management:

• Build and institutionalize Burwood’s OCM framework.
• Develop process and templates for stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Assist with strategies to identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Design and implement adoption metrics, KPIs, and sustainment strategies.
• Provide guidance on communications planning and enablement strategies.
• Partner with Adoption and Training and PMO teams to embed OCM principles into delivery methodologies
• Support proposal development and articulate ROI for OCM efforts.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technology and business transformation projects
• Proven experience building or executing Organizational Change Management strategies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks preferred)
• Exceptional communication and facilitations skills.
• Demonstrated capability in providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational changes.
• Versed in managing work in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
• PMP or CSM certification preferred
