CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and focused Sales Specialist for the West Region, to contribute to the success of CyberArk's IGA solution portfolio.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be a primary resource for our field sales force, leveraging product knowledge and sales expertise to acquire new customers and drive customer growth within your assigned region.
This role involves prospecting, qualifying, and closing IGA sales for CyberArk, strategically collaborating with account teams, and engaging large, complex customers to meet or exceed assigned bookings targets.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships at executive level (e.g., CISO, CIO)
- Develop compelling business cases for customers.
- Partner with Sales Account Teams, Solutions Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Professional Services to align technology with customer needs.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners to penetrate new accounts and expand CyberArk's reach.
- Drive account management responsibilities (solution creation, configuration management, order issuance, service delivery, revenue recognition).
- Work independently and as part of a sales team to identify, scope, negotiate, and close new sales.
- Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of IGA, Identity, and IAM, security, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Be recognized as a subject-matter expert on Identity and IGA, positioning CyberArk against competitors.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and ability to build product overviews.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption.
- Deep understanding of Identity Security, IGA, and Security best practices, terminology, and technology used by large enterprises.
- Understand customer needs, overcome objections, and develop business use cases.
- Travel within assigned territory (approximately 30%).
