CyberArk is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and focused Sales Specialist to join our team in the Central Region. You'll contribute significantly to the success of CyberArk’s IGA solution portfolio.
As a Sales Specialist, you will:
- Serve as a primary resource for the field sales force, leveraging product knowledge and sales expertise.
- Acquire new customers and drive customer growth within your assigned region.
- Engage with large, complex customers to achieve new annual recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with CyberArk account teams in your region.
- Prospect, qualify, and close IGA sales.
- Combine technical acumen with sales skills to drive solution success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships with CISO, CIO, and other executives.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, demonstrating expert-level knowledge.
- Partner closely with Sales Account Teams, Solutions Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Ensure successful product adoption and value realization.
- Collaborate with Channel Partners, Resellers, and Systems Integrators.
- Enhance CyberArk’s IGA portfolio by understanding customer needs.
- Drive account management, including solution creation and revenue recognition.
- Be recognized as a subject-matter expert on Identity.
- Identify, scope, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies for new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of prior sales experience in cybersecurity, identity, IGA, or related markets.
- Proven track record of strategic account management, exceeding $1M quota.
- Successful collaboration in a strategic selling capacity.
- Ability to engage in strategic and tactical thought leadership.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present product overviews to internal and external audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Security, IGA, Security practices, terminology, and technology.
- Comprehensive understanding of Identity Security vendors and products.
- Experience interacting with Product Management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and position for technical wins.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Salary and Benefits: $108,000 - $150,000/year, plus commissions and discretionary bonuses. Medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
