Your CareerYou will work directly with customers to address complex post-sales issues requiring in-depth analysis. You are a critical thinker, understanding methods and evaluation criteria to obtain results. You will interact with key contacts across expertise levels, effectively explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Your Impact
- Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
- Manage support cases ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
- Publish Technical Support Bulletins and knowledge base articles
- Review technical documentation for training materials, manuals, and troubleshooting guides
- Travel to customer sites for critical situations (as needed)
- Provide on-call support as needed
Your Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in diverse team environments
- Experience with DLP, Data Patterns, and data governance
- Required experience with Cloud Security
- Required experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes concepts
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Experience using API
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript)
- Creative and self-starter with issue troubleshooting and debugging skills using data sources and AI tools
- Experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Previous experience with Prisma Cloud or Cortex XDR (optional)
