The Sr Value Strategy Services Associate is a role that operates together with our customer-centric Inspire Value teams to demonstrate the value of ServiceNow’s solutions for our customers’ business transformation objectives. S/he will provide expertise to assess how the core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform translate to business value for our customers.
This Sr Value Strategy Services Associate is responsible for five specific areas of responsibility, including:
- Support Strategic Engagements: Assist Value Strategists and Consultants with the preparation of business value assessments (BVAs), Value Realization Assessments (VRAs), executive presentations, and benchmarking analyses.
- Data & Financial Modeling: Conduct quantitative analysis using customer data to develop ROI models, total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations, and industry comparisons.
- Industry & Customer Research: Perform research on customer industries, trends, peer benchmarks, and key business challenges to support consulting engagements.
- Asset Management: Maintain and update reusable content (e.g., slide templates, data models, case studies, benchmarks) to ensure version control and relevance.
- Process Optimization: Help standardize and improve workflows for repeatable elements of value consulting, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
S/he is expected to “roll up their sleeves” and is equally able to manage communications with the customer, account team, and shared services stakeholders throughout the process to deliver a positive ServiceNow experience in a high-tempo timeframe. S/he will also operate with a ‘speed and scale’ mindset. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Requirements:
- 6+ years at a top tier consulting firm designing and driving transformational change for clients, investment banking, or data science
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Exceptional financial acumen and modeling skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into visual and business-ready output.
- Superior organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry expertise in: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
