We are seeking a Voice of the Customer Sr. Analyst/Manager to lead customer experience platform management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and will build & manage the strategic roadmap, implementation, and optimization of customer experience platforms for best-in-class customer experiences.
Responsibilities include: working closely with cross-functional teams; identifying improvement opportunities to optimize platforms; managing relationships with stakeholders; inspiring action on customer feedback; and managing/optimizing the Qualtrics platform (user accounts, permissions, etc.).

Expertise in survey design, data governance, & regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR). Strong analytical skills, relationship building, and presentation skills.
Skills (Examples): SQL, Python, Tableau
Qualifications: BA/BS required. Advanced degree a plus.
