Full-Time Staff Appraiser

What Do You Get to Do? Perform detailed quality check reviews and analysis on all types of residential and commercial appraisal reports. Ensure appraisals meet applicable standards, guidelines, and techniques for compliance.

Review exterior and interior residential appraisal orders, collaborating with internal and external customers for seamless service.

Stay current on appraisal regulations and legal matters in the Real Estate industry. Provide coaching and training to colleagues.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore colleagues.

Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, clients, and upper management.

Assist with queries raised by onshore/offshore teams.

Assist the Chief Appraiser and LOB management with tasks and projects.

Execute any additional tasks assigned by Line of Business Management.

Serve as an escalation point for technical/service concerns, resolving issues efficiently with tracking tools.

Track open order count, allocate work, and ensure alignment with vendors’ capacity to complete within SLAs and quality expectations.

Demonstrate working knowledge of valuations operations.

Experience with Order Management Systems (like EVO) is beneficial.

What You’ll Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of appraisal experience.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, risk management, and appraisal documents/reviews.
