We own the full docs stack. We regularly get hands-on with the product, ensuring accurate content. We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer who is excited by variety, comfortable with, or wants to learn a docs-as-code delivery model.

What you’ll do:

• Use the Product: One of our core rules is you can’t ship a doc unless you’ve successfully tested it.
• Focus on the End User: Write deployment and configuration guides, user guides, API and command references, tutorials, and best practices guides based on real-world user needs.
• Collaborate: Shipping great docs is a team game. Work with writers, engineers, product managers, and UX designers.
• Continuously improve: Both the documentation, and yourself.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years experience writing clear, concise technical material for developers and/or enterprise admins.
• Experience working asynchronously with distributed teams.
• Empathy, curiosity, and a willingness to try new things.
• Candor.
