Job Details
We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our LGC Assure team! A background in the food certification industry is required.
We work remotely, but encourage applications from candidates in Spain or the United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for the retention, growth, and development of all assigned accounts across all sectors of the Assure business unit.
You will conduct and detail ongoing account planning, understand customer needs, and successfully implement strategic activities for assigned accounts.
You will also build strong relationships with assigned accounts within LGC Assure sectors, acting as the central point of contact, understanding their business needs and ensuring their complete happiness.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, and become a trusted resource to their contacts, encouraging opportunities for expansion.
Required Experience:
- Proven account management experience in high-touch industries (preferably food, certification, or supplement safety).
- Sales & Engagement: Needs identification, demand generation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Product Knowledge: Developing value propositions and solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Leadership: Strong relationship management and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills.
- Diligent attention to detail.
