Contractor Strategic Advisor for Organizational Change Management

As a freelance Advisor, you will assume strategic responsibility for Organizational Change Management (OCM) in international transformation projects. You will support our team with your expertise, actively shape the future of our clients, and further develop our own consulting services.

Your Tasks:

1. Strategic Alignment: Develop and be responsible for the OCM strategy for complex transformation projects and align it with the management levels of our clients.
2. Business Development: Contribute your own ideas, market knowledge, and ideally an existing client network to identify new business opportunities and further develop our consulting portfolio.
3. Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a thought leader in the field of change management and represent Fusion at conferences, with clients, and in specialist publications.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusting relationships with decision-makers and support them through change.
5. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Support younger colleagues in their development and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
6. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop holistic solutions.

You bring 15+ years of professional experience in change management - ideally in the life science industry or in IT-related transformation projects.

You have a good sense of strategic connections and can communicate complex topics in an understandable and convincing manner - in German and English.

You have a strong network in the industry or are willing to actively build it up.

You think entrepreneurially, are open to innovation and bring a high level of self-motivation.

You are willing to travel occasionally (approx. 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days each).
