Full-Time Strategic Consulting Consultant

The Consultant delivers quality consulting, project management, and support services to achieve high customer satisfaction. This role can be an individual contributor or team member.

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Requirements: 2-4 years experience in SmartRecruiter and Workday implementation. Client-facing role. Preferred industry is Consulting IT. English, French, and German preferred.

Position Setup: Remote

Shift: EMEA 1st Shift (9 AM to 6 PM)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Expertise:
  • Strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition solutions.
  • Follow delivery methodologies, promote industry best practices.
  • High-quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements.
  • Develop/implement change management strategies (communications, testing, training).
  • Ethical behavior and personal integrity.
  • Proactive communication with peers and colleagues.
  • Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts in diverse organizations.
• Functional Consulting/Business Analyst Expertise:
  • Support functional process and design for understanding current/future people, processes, and technology across platforms.
  • Gather feedback to assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps.
  • Facilitate best practice recommendations.
• Market Expertise:
  • Versatility, deepening skills in recruitment practices (people, process, technology).
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and technology; gain certifications across platforms.
• Cultural Expertise:
  • Support a positive team environment.
  • Provide and accept feedback, seeking opportunities to help others.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Client-facing experience supporting full lifecycle of project/program execution.
• 2+ years experience supporting client-facing talent acquisition implementations with progressive responsibility.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• 2+ years consulting experience.
• 2+ years implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end talent acquisition functions and systems (ATS/CRM).
• Demonstrated ability supporting successful technology solution implementations for talent acquisition.
• Experience with development and implementation of change management, communications, testing, and training materials.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with SmartRecruiters, Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
• Deep understanding of best practices.

Salary: $94,000 - $120,000 (dependent on experience, geography, industry knowledge)
