Full-Time Strategy and Operations Associate - STEM

• Conducting regular assessments of the UK Education landscape
• Scoping, evaluating, and executing new growth opportunities by leveraging key insights gained through research and data analytics
• Driving hypothesis-driven quantitative and qualitative research
• Identifying and analysing established and emerging STEM and education organizations
• Create operating and financial models to bring the growth opportunities to life
• Communicating your findings and recommendations to all levels of cross-functional management
• Developing cross-functional project plans to seamlessly deliver growth opportunities
• Identifying and mitigating execution risks
• Creating KPIs/OKRs for each offering, and the related dashboards to monitor each offering’s impact

• Master in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple senior stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Natural facility with data analysis for testing hypotheses and measuring results
• Ability to seamlessly manage multiple, complex processes and work streams simultaneously
• Exceptional relationship-building skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience developing and executing business strategy
• MBA a plus
• Demonstrated experience in presenting data, insights and recommendations to senior executives
• Experience with a broad array of UK Education organizations
