Full-Time Supplier Stock Support Engineer

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Stock Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will ensure seamless communication and support for valued suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• International Supplier Support: Provide timely and efficient support to international suppliers (email & phone).
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform and inventory management systems.
• Query Handling: Address and resolve supplier queries professionally and promptly.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, development, operations, and internal teams for seamless processes and timely data-related support.
• Integrations: Work with various integration points (APIs, FTP, SFTP, Google Sheets) to maintain data accuracy and system connectivity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of application support or related experience
• Good understanding of SQL (writing & executing queries)
• Experience in providing live support and handling international inquiries
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (identifying root causes)
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong interpersonal skills
• (Preferred) Experience with diamonds/jewelry industry
• (Preferred) Basic coding knowledge or strong desire to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Handling API-related issues
• Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati (verbal)
• Coding experience
• Exposure to Data Analysis
