About the Role
At Rula, we strive for accessible mental healthcare. As a Support Content Specialist, you will empower teams and clients with clear, accurate, and engaging content.
Your work will improve efficiency and the support experience, whether it's crafting internal knowledge base articles, optimizing macros, or updating client-facing resources.
You'll collaborate to support product launches and process changes, ensuring content evolves with the organization. If you’re passionate about simplifying complex information and making a meaningful impact, this role is for you.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in content creation, technical writing, or knowledge base management (IKBs)
- Expertise working with customer support teams
- Strong writing and editing skills; focus on clarity and accuracy
- Proven ability to break down complex topics
- Proficiency in time management; handle multiple tasks
- 1+ years in a fast-paced environment (SaaS/startup)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira)
- Experience in Healthcare
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management Systems
- Comfort using data to diagnose issues, improve processes, and support decisions
- Expertise managing content updates during releases/changes
