About Cronofy: Cronofy is a high-growth technology company focused on scheduling infrastructure.
Role Overview: Support Engineer position within the Technical Support team. The role is to support customers, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Triaging tickets (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line)
- Resolving customer issues
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Creating/maintaining Zendesk automations
- Documenting procedures
- Understanding Cronofy's API and Scheduler
- Collaborating with Engineering on product development
Requirements:
- API or SaaS product support experience
- Technical customer support experience
- Preferred: Development experience (e.g., API's, NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, C#, PHP, Go)
- Preferred: Sysadmin experience (MS Exchange, Office365)
Company Culture: Values remote, office-based, or hybrid working. Encourages face-to-face interaction.
Compensation: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable). Excellent benefits package.
