KNIME is seeking a Support Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX or Remote US locations.
Who you are:
- Technically skilled with expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and RESTful APIs.
- Experienced in administering software solutions on Linux and/or Windows platforms.
- Strong background in software support, ticket management, and escalation processes.
- Knowledge includes JVM, Kubernetes deployments, Identity Providers (e.g., Keycloak), LDAP, SQL, and cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Exceptional English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
That's the job:
- Classifying, prioritizing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving support tickets.
- Providing support for our KNIME Business Hub and KNIME Analytics Platform.
- Engaging in calls to troubleshoot issues and occasionally building KNIME workflows.
- Contributing to process refinement and tool enhancement.
- Relaying insights to the development team.
