Job Description
We are tech transformation specialists, uniting human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for critical incidents.
- Drive triaging, coordination, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical incidents.
- Actively manage troubleshooting meetings with application owners, business stakeholders, engineering team, and vendors.
- Send timely stakeholder communications and register incident resolution details.
- Negotiate with customers, internal teams, business partners, and vendors.
- Escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Ensure major incidents are resolved within client SLAs.
- Serve as a point of contact for sensitive issues and manage escalations.
- Available on-call 24/7.
Minimum Qualifications
- English - Advanced or Fluent
- Solid understanding of IT environments (infrastructure, applications).
- Experience with IT service support and operations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, proactive listening)
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
- Ability to anticipate and evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ability to handle multitasking
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation (Other certifications welcome)
