Radiosurgery systems deliver non-invasive treatments (e.g., Novalis powered by Truebeam) in minutes, treating tumors anywhere in the body. Brainlab technology adapts beam shape to tumors, ensuring appropriate dose delivery while protecting healthy tissue.
We seek a home office-based field service engineer in the Skåne region to support our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service (hardware & software), including diagnosis, service, maintenance, repairs, and network integrations.
- Act as Brainlab's technical contact, communicating with clients, addressing issues appropriately.
- Install systems in the Skåne region and occasionally EMEA.
- Integrate and troubleshoot complex software solutions remotely or on-site.
- Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance.
- Train customers (e.g., physicist team) on Brainlab products.
- Ensure full customer service satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
- Strong knowledge of informatics and diagnosing IT infrastructure/networking issues.
- Experience in service/maintenance of robotics, X-ray equipment, or IT.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Swedish is a plus.
- High flexibility; willing to travel up to 80%.
