Full-Time Support Specialist - Radiotherapy

From the initial planning to patient treatment, Brainlab's oncology solutions provide faster, more precise treatments.

Radiosurgery systems, like Novalis powered by Truebeam, offer quick, non-invasive treatments for cancerous/non-cancerous tumors.

Brainlab's technology adapts beam shape to the tumor, ensuring accurate dose delivery while protecting healthy tissue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy/radiosurgery systems (software & hardware).
• Diagnose, service, maintain, repair, and integrate systems' networks.
• Act as Brainlab's technical contact to customers, addressing problems.
• Install systems in Skåne and (partially) EMEA.
• Integrate and troubleshoot complex software.
• Conduct calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Train customers, such as physicist teams, on Brainlab products.
• Achieve full client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
• Strong informatics knowledge and experience diagnosing IT infrastructure/networking issues.
• Experience in service/maintenance (robotics, X-ray, IT).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-management skills.
• Fluent English, Swedish is a plus.
• High flexibility, willing to travel up to 80%.
