Brainlab's technology adapts beam shape to the tumor, ensuring accurate dose delivery while protecting healthy tissue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy/radiosurgery systems (software & hardware).
- Diagnose, service, maintain, repair, and integrate systems' networks.
- Act as Brainlab's technical contact to customers, addressing problems.
- Install systems in Skåne and (partially) EMEA.
- Integrate and troubleshoot complex software.
- Conduct calibrations and preventive maintenance.
- Train customers, such as physicist teams, on Brainlab products.
- Achieve full client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
- Strong informatics knowledge and experience diagnosing IT infrastructure/networking issues.
- Experience in service/maintenance (robotics, X-ray, IT).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-management skills.
- Fluent English, Swedish is a plus.
- High flexibility, willing to travel up to 80%.
