Radiosurgery systems (e.g., Novalis powered by Truebeam) offer non-invasive treatments in minutes, addressing tumors anywhere. Brainlab's adaptive beam shaping technology ensures optimal dose delivery while protecting healthy tissue.
Responsibilities:
- Providing after-sales service (software & hardware), including diagnosis, service, maintenance, repairs, and network integrations.
- Acting as Brainlab's technical point of contact for customers; effectively communicating, addressing problems, and finding solutions.
- Installing radiotherapy & radiosurgery systems in the Skåne region and parts of EMEA.
- Integrating and troubleshooting complex software solutions remotely or on-site.
- Performing routine calibrations and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarizing customers (e.g., physicist team) with Brainlab products; further training by dedicated trainers.
- Ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
- Strong informatics knowledge; experience diagnosing IT infrastructure and networking issues.
- Service/maintenance experience with robotics, x-ray equipment, or IT.
- Excellent social, teamwork, and self-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Swedish a plus).
- High flexibility with up to 80% travel, while also working effectively from home office.
