Job Details

MIND Education is seeking a Support Technician to ensure students are mathematically equipped. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who embodies MIND's core values.
  • People: Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude. Practice active listening and help educators clarify their questions and concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Prioritize projects and investigate reports of issues. Keep detailed notes on incoming cases while monitoring trends.
  • Learning: Quickly assimilate new information and stay abreast of product changes. Help maintain our company’s external knowledge base.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Resourcefulness and strong problem solving skills
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Experience in K-12 education and technology a plus
This position reports to the manager of Technical Support and will be a fully remote role anywhere in the United States.
