Job Details
MIND Education is seeking a Support Technician to ensure students are mathematically equipped. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who embodies MIND's core values.
- People: Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude. Practice active listening and help educators clarify their questions and concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Prioritize projects and investigate reports of issues. Keep detailed notes on incoming cases while monitoring trends.
- Learning: Quickly assimilate new information and stay abreast of product changes. Help maintain our company’s external knowledge base.
- Demonstrated success at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills
- Resourcefulness and strong problem solving skills
- Zendesk experience preferred
- Experience in K-12 education and technology a plus
