Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js
- Knowledge of C# and .NET
- Familiarity with Version Control systems, particularly GitHub
- Experience with MongoDB
- Intermediate to advanced English
Main Activities
- Handling and resolving client tickets on our support platform within committed SLAs.
- Writing efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
- Maintaining consistent communication with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing implementations to improve performance and functionality.
Education
- Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
