Remote Work Opportunity in the U.S. (Eastern Time Zone)

This role is open for remote work anywhere in the U.S., with work hours from 11 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time, weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational and project commitments to clients.
  • Provide exceptional client support, exceeding expectations.
  • Escalate customer support needs appropriately, communicating criticality and timeliness.
  • Manage client data integrity and security, including servers, devices, and software.
  • Manage clients' internal systems (email, file sharing).
  • Implement and maintain remote access systems (VPN, RDS, Citrix, VMware).
  • Manage phone systems (Cisco, Avaya, VOIP, Digital) as needed.
  • Manage security administration, ensuring machine protection and updates (Endpoint Security, Anti-Virus, etc.).
  • Maintain domain policies, DNS, DHCP, and integrated systems.
  • Keep client documentation accurate and up-to-date, including detailed help desk tickets and time records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.

Skills Required:

  • 4-6 years of Systems Administrator experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Microsoft Associate Level Certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Servers: Active Directory, Domain, SSL Certificate, Backups, Anti-virus
  • Network: Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing
  • Computers: Computer replacement, printer installations
  • Applications: Office 365, SharePoint
  • Service: CSAT Scores, SLA Ratings
