Join Gcore, a team collaborating with industry giants to accelerate AI training and optimize content delivery. We are looking for a System Support Engineer to join our internal IT team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment and upkeep of internal network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain internal servers and services.
- Implement infrastructure changes and improvements.
- Plan and execute regular infrastructure maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the infrastructure.
We Expect You to Have:
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana).
- Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Programming skills in Go or Python.
