Full-Time System Support Engineer

Join Gcore, a team collaborating with industry giants to accelerate AI training and optimize content delivery. We are looking for a System Support Engineer to join our internal IT team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment and upkeep of internal network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain internal servers and services.
• Implement infrastructure changes and improvements.
• Plan and execute regular infrastructure maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the infrastructure.

We Expect You to Have:

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware and Remote Access VPN solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
• Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus and Grafana).
• Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Programming skills in Go or Python.
