Job Summary: The Systems Administrator (PPA) will assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core IT infrastructure for a newly established organization. Collaborate with senior staff, consultants, and IT leadership to architect and administer cloud-based services. Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment and policies, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Purview, Defender.
- Integration development using the Workato iPaaS solution.
- Oversee the daily functioning, security, and growth of the IT hardware and software infrastructure.
- Work alongside the IT Operations Manager in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and services.
- Collaborate with third party consultants, vendors, and service providers to plan, acquire, document, and manage technology solutions.
- Coordinate and execute regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to IT systems.
- Serve as tier 2 support for reported tickets and incidents.
- Assist with technology support for programs, conferences, and events.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform duties accurately and independently.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively.
- Associate’s degree and/or 5 years if applicable experience
- Microsoft certifications a plus (hardware/software tech support preferable)
- SaaS application configuration experience a plus
