As a Systems Analyst, you will configure and maintain systems supporting mobility and total rewards programs globally. You will collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, functionality, and security. You will champion enhancements and solutions promoting efficiency and effectiveness in People business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, gather requirements, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain systems for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
- Create and maintain system documentation (user guides, manuals, reports, workflows).
- Coordinate with HR experts to define requirements, determine solutions, and execute on project/data change deliverables.
- Manage relationships with HR stakeholders, proactively addressing issues and providing support.
- Showcase exceptional communication and customer-facing skills, interacting with diverse global stakeholders (technical and business).
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities; participate in new release reviews for ongoing technical guidance.
- Perform unit and quality assurance testing (test case preparation, execution, and documentation).
- Develop and enhance knowledge through training, research, and experimentation to become an SME for a business process and application.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend system/product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
