RRD's Packaging & Labels Platforms is seeking a Systems Conversion Trainer & Support SME to manage the refresh/conversion of legacy systems to Enterprise ERP solutions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support functional areas of Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, and Production Management.
- Collaborate on process & training material design and development.
- Provide technical support for web-based delivery methods.
- Identify problems and performance gaps, developing strategies for improvement.
- Apply evaluation methodologies for measuring training effectiveness.
- Consult with business units to define training needs and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- ERP support, conversion experience required.

- Ability to travel periodically.
