Full-Time Systems Engineer - Level III (Security and Automation)

Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Engineer with expertise in Endpoint Management to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing endpoint systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Intune and Windows 11. This role involves ensuring secure and efficient operation of devices across the organization while aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.

1. Endpoint Management:
   • Configure, manage, and monitor devices using Microsoft Intune.
   • Ensure proper deployment, updates, and maintenance of Windows 11 systems.
   • Automate provisioning, deployment, and compliance policies for endpoints.
2. Policy and Compliance:
   • Develop and implement policies for device management, including security baselines, encryption, and application control.
   • Monitor and resolve compliance issues related to endpoint devices.
3. System Updates and Patching:
   • Plan and execute operating system updates and application patches for Windows 11 devices.
   • Manage software distribution and version control.
4. Troubleshooting and Support:
   • Diagnose and resolve issues with endpoints, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
   • Provide second-level support for escalated endpoint-related incidents.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define endpoint management requirements.
   • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and technical designs.
6. Training and Awareness:
   • Provide guidance and training to end-users and IT staff on endpoint best practices.
   • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in endpoint management, Windows 11, and Intune.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in endpoint management, specifically with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task optimization.
• Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of security practices and frameworks related to endpoint protection.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 4-year degree in an Information Technology field or something similar
• Microsoft Azure Certified Administrator or Microsoft Azure Certified Developer
