• Design and develop engaging learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to formulate learning objectives.
• Maintain and organize the training resources library.
• Train and consult with instructors on how to deliver developed curricula effectively.
• Develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Leverage tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft 365 Suite, Audacity, TechSmith Snag-It, Canva, and LMS platforms to create interactive content.
• Adapt content for a variety of audiences.

• 3+ years in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with LMS platforms and storyboarding for eLearning/multimedia content.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex content into learner-friendly instructional materials.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with Audacity, TechSmith Snag-It, Canva, or other multimedia/photo/sound editing tools.
• Familiarity with Workday or other HR/training systems.
• Previous experience with adult learners in community or residential settings, particularly with individuals with disabilities.
• Experience creating content for microlearning assets or interactive learning modules.
