• Design and implement concepts that minimize risk and increase efficiency across global tax and foreign trade processes.
• Define the framework and set standards to support the worldwide Tax community.
• Act as a mentor for project managers and application owners.
• Lead global Tax IT projects, coordinating teams and ensuring alignment with corporate architecture.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies related to application ownership and data protection.
• Oversee coordination of data protection activities.
• Monitor the implementation of GDPR requirements.
• Verify that IT applications meet compliance standards.
• Drive enablement initiatives for application owners.
• Organize and deliver training on application management and data security.
• Foster collaboration across IT and business to exchange best practices.
• Promote digital competence within the Tax organization.
• Support process owners in process mapping and digitalization initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities leveraging IT capabilities.

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT projects in tax or compliance.
• Strong understanding of IT governance and data protection requirements.
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
• Experience in organizational change and stakeholder enablement.
• Structured and proactive working style.
• Fluent in English.
