Position overview

  • Lead and inspire the Business & Application Consulting team (8 experts).
  • Shape the future of TOMRA’s business processes and applications.
  • Orchestrate activities across Finance, Sales, Service, Engineering, Procurement, Warehousing, Quality, and Production.
  • Act as Capability Owner for Operations/Production.
  • Design a scalable, future-ready application landscape.

Your Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Business & Application Consulting team.
  • Coordinate and prioritize activities across domains.
  • Act as Capability Owner for Operations/Production.
  • Ensure process continuity and support end-to-end integration.
  • Guide the team in their roles as Process Stewards.
  • Guide the team in implementing and evolving business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect.
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for business applications.
  • Support the team in customizing/configuring systems (especially ERP).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with business departments.
  • Represent ISM in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and governance processes.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Strong background in IT project and application management, especially with ERP systems.
  • Strategic understanding of ERP, PLM, and CRM.
  • Ability to translate business capabilities into system and process requirements.
  • High proficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Experience in digitization initiatives.
  • Openness to emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in process continuity management.
  • Familiarity with customizing/configuring business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
